TCHS Track and Field

Students from Taber Christian High school had a successful (albeit short) track and field season. The grade 9 students competed in divisionals on Wednesday, May 24 at the Dr. Hamman track. From there we had 13 students qualify for Junior High zones on Tuesday, May 30 in Medicine Hat.

Our Senior High track team competed in the high school divisional meet on Wednesday, May 17 and we had 9 athletes qualify for the high school zone meet on Thursday, May 25 at the University of Lethbridge track. We didn't have any athletes qualify for provincials (top 2 from zones qualify), but we had some 3rd place (including Martin Neustaeter in high jump who came achingly close to 2nd) and 4th place finishes. Great job athletes, looking forward to great things in the future!
